Stay in contact with friends and relatives who aren't around you. You'll feel confident and comfortable when expressing your ideas and emotions with them.
Stay Engaged
In addition to following your daily schedule, and fulfilling all office duties and day-to-day tasks that might get you lazy, adopt some interest and hobbies. To refresh your mind, you can start painting, or add art & craft session to your regular schedule. Photography is also a great hobby to start with.
Stay Healthy
Keeping everything aside, it is Important that you stay healthy during these situations, add meditation or yoga to your list, and make a habit of practicing it at least an hour per day. That will keep you mentally stable and physically healthy.
